Shipping :

The products are typically dispatched within 7 working days of order confirmation depending on your destination. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same. Incase the product is unavailable, we will source the same and dispatch it, the duration will be communicated by our customer care team.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: hello@beruru.com along with a copy of the invoice

Returns:

While we generally adhere to a no-return and refund policy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We accept returns only in the event of receiving a damaged product, provided it is reported within 24 hours with accompanying images and a clear unboxing video upon delivery.

Regrettably, we cannot process returns or exchanges beyond 24 hours post-delivery. To be eligible, the item must remain unused and in its original packaging. Your understanding is appreciated as we aim to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
